After sign-up, Basic free forever and a 30-day cloud sync seat trial are applied automatically — no promo code. Check Wallet for seat quota; after the trial, add seats at $1/seat/mo or upgrade to Pro (5 seats, renews with plan).
Do Pro bundled cloud seats expire?
Seats included in Pro, Pro+, or Ultimate renew with your subscription. If the plan lapses, bundled seats end — add seats separately or renew your plan.
Will I lose data if I downgrade?
Data is not deleted immediately; query windows may tighten to your new plan's history limit.
Do cloud accounts need the master password?
No. Connect with an Investor read-only password — we never touch your trading master password.
Do you support promo codes?
Yes. Enter a code when subscribing in Wallet after sign-in; public pages show list prices.
How long does payment take?
Card payments usually settle after the provider confirms; crypto waits for network confirmation. Check status in Wallet orders.
